Ghana people and all lovers of the Chalewote festival. I am excited to inform you that ‘Adventures’ is taking part in this year’s edition of what has fast become one of the continent’s most exciting artistic event. On the 20th of August at 6pm prompt we will be holding a reading at Nubuke Foundation on the theme, ‘Queer Vibrations: Stories About African Women’s Diverse Sexualities’. I will be on the panel, alongside Nana Akosua Hanson, radio hostess, actress and writer; Ama Agyeman, journalist; and Rafeeat Aliyu, a writer. Our moderator will be the amazing Paula Akugizibwe, contributing editor to Chimurenga. Our reading will be followed by a question and answer session so you can ask us anything!
Will you be there?
